Title: Seat back pivot cover

Bought a parts lot at a swap meet and these covers came with it.
The Ford parts book calls them"Seat back pivot covers",
I have never seen ones like this, any ideas?
There are screw holes in them where they fasten down.
Part numbers on back are: C5ZB-6561692-BW  &  C5ZB-6561693-BW

Maybe these go on the folding arm rest on a bench seat?

Yup, modified with the "slot". Someone made it work better.
