Hi ,
When i buy my car , this vacuum fitting was on my intake .. Its is a original one for my car or what suppose to look the fitting that go on the rear of the intake for the vacuum ?

Looks like the right piece difficult to say for sure with one angle only
The big plug is removed and replaced with a steel formed tube and a fitting to attach it to the vacuum block like other years. The rubber flex line that runs to the PB booster is attached to the end of the steel tube/line
Picture shows a rear vacuum block for a non-PS car the way its configured at the moment
This block screws into another odd shaped vacuum attachment that attaches to the intake on a 68 C & J code

The one you have in your picture has four small capped ports, one medium port and one threaded hole that is plugged. Replace the plug with a power brake tube fitting and you can hook up the vacuum required there. The tube fitting looks like the one Marty has in his picture.

+1 At least that is what it looks like from the picture you posted. Just need the "spark plug" looking fitting to attach it to
