I have a few leftover pieces of windshield trim from a '65-66 convertible. I know some of these trim pieces are stainless, but wanted to be sure before polishing them.
Also, is any of the convertible windshield trim reproduced?

All of it is stainless except for the inside visor brackets and center molding that the rear view mirror attaches to.
Yes, I believe some may be reproduced, check NPD or Va Mustang sites.

That's what I was afraid of. I was hoping the center molding with the rear view mirror holes was stainless as well. Oh well, the one I have should still clean up fairly well.
Thanks!

The repro is not terribly expensive, around $75 or so? Have had fit issues with repro in the past, but haven't bought one in a while. Usually have originals re-chromed.
