after family health problems,I finally have time again to tackle the front end on my 66 GT,Metuchen built 12-18-65.My questions are 1.Is it the best move to just replace the idler arm bushing if that is the only slack in the arm,is it possible with only hand tools,or is it best overall to replace the whole arm and if so,any suggestions on best brands if an orig.Ford arm is unavailable or out of my price range? The reason the bushing change is attractive is because it is a Ford part. Thanks in advance for any help.MW

NOS Ford ones can be bought, usually for less than $100. The stud pivot on the end can wear out also, not just the bushing on the other end. Something to consider.
