Believe that the support bracket is batch color and the hood latch (with lever) are phosphate and oil like 69 Dearborn cars were

Checked some original cars and that is the way they appear in the pictures also

Also keep in mind that the 69 and 70 hood latches are different.  Can post pics of this if needed.
