Title: 70 Dearborn - wiper arm transmission assembly

Can anyone advise what the correct color/colors are for the 1970 Dearborn wiper arm transmission assembly. I have attached a picture from west coast cougars but am not sure the colors are correct. Also assume that leather mounting pads are correct. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

The arms are typically black chromate.

Thanks Bob, regarding the leather pad the Osborn body assembly manual does not reference leather pads between the body and the transmission assembly pivot arm mounts, but I am told they are factory and NPD sells them for this. What is correct??
