Title: 69 NJ Rear Valance Screw Finish

Anybody know if 69 met  rear valance painted on the car with all screws body color like dearborn? thanks

Based on what I've seen - Yes done like Dearborn that year and plant (69 New Jersey)

While your back there these pictures might help with the rear valance sound deadener application

Added before the valance was installed so got some indirect exterior color in areas
