Title: License Plate light, wondering if anyone knows what car this may be off of...

A guy that's I'm friends with buys miscellaneous license plate lights and then restores them. He can remember what car this Ford light came off cause he's had it so long, see attached pictures. I said I would ask the knowledgeable people of this forum if anyone recognized what it might be from.

Any ideas?

Thanks, we're stumped too and I can't find anything searching around that looks like it, I'll try to get a part number for it...
