Title: Fitting new cowl
Post by: scottwo on July 22, 2018, 07:36:09 PM
The new cowl has about .300 overhang on the drivers side and .125 on the passengers side where it meets the A pillar.
Anyone else run into this?
It's not clamped down in the pictures and I have a temp. windshield in place. Cowl was purchased at CJ Pony.
It has a nice with the firewall and side cowl panels.

Thanks
Scott

Guessing this is for either a 69 or a 70.  Reproduction parts being a bit larger, smaller or shaped differently would likely not surprise many here.  Can't speak directly to your challenge but would expect to have to make things  fit or at least be prepared  when using these parts in a repair
