Title: 70 Mach1 Dash Courtesy Light Wiring.

Can anyone tell me if the wiring for the under dash courtesy lights is wrapped in the main dash wiring harness for a 11/26/69 70 mach1 or is it a separate wiring harness that runs on the outside of the main dash harness? I have removed the dash wiring harness to clean the bird nest up and fix some ugly wiring repairs but there is no wiring for the dash courtesy lights. It had the wrong dash lights and some home made wiring going to them.

Nope, it is separate.  It plugs into the right side door jamb switch as a pigtail and routes from right to left with two drop-off spades for the courtesy lamps.

Thanks for that midlife. I had a 70 mustang harness and it didn't have the courtesy light wiring in it just the door switch wires and I had a 70 cougar harness but it had all the courtesy light wiring wrapped in the harness and I needed to make one good dash harness.
