Did Hertz cars have the trim around the gas and brake pedals?

careful there. imo the pad will have the outside groove for the trim just not the trim.

Supposedly, all 66 gas, brake and clutch pads had the trim groove, and the SST trim was only used on GT and deluxe interiors. Standard interior cars, including Shelby, were without trim. It was a single part to order, stock and issue (or two or three - A/R), disc brakes not withstanding. That "grooved" pad may have been one of the infamous running changes.
