Looking for a restorable or nice distributor Primary lead with a push-on Yellow Boot.

If you have a 'lead' on one or suggestions on getting one made up (Alloy Metal?), let me know.
Thanks in 'advance' :D

If you can't find one, the more common white one can be dyed/painted yellow.

Was 65 the same connector or different? Looked through the library and not a good picture of the connector

Since this is in the wanted section, you should probably ask the question in a new post in the 65-66 area.

Understood but this is sitting on my blue fastback and if it is not correct than you would be in luck.

BINGO!
Sad part is I just this noon hour today discovered that I need a Distributor too! I will likely temporarily use the one I have now (with a new wire) but it isn't even the correct one for my car! I just read the engineering numbers today and both that and the date code have it as a 68 302 Distributor so I'll start a new hunt for another distributor as well. These cars...ALWAYS something!

So do you still need this wire?

I expect I do. Not likely I'll happen across a correct distributor with a good, correct primary lead. I'll pm you.
