In search of a pair of NOS hood hinge springs "C3OZ- 16796-A"

Need to be in good condition with original finish. PM me if you have anything you'd be willing to let go of.

There are some Ford service replacement springs with that part number that came painted black.  Sounds like you only want the early assembly line versions that are plated?

Yes that would be best, but if anyone even has the black ones, might be interested still, I can always reproduce the finish if need, but would prefer not to :)
