 did all 69 shelbys come with the fold down seat?

Are you including 70's also? 

If so, just because its handy the red 70 example posted in the picture threads titled 70 GT500 - Unrestored Picture Thread is one such example of a non-fold down car. Interior pictures don't show it but the trunk shots do.

Folddown was a very common option . The vast majority of 69/70 Shelby fastbacks got the fold down option.

I believe all the 69 Hertz cars got one.

Don't know of one (Hertz ordered) that was not ordered that way.
