Does anyone have a template or measurements for the placement of the G T in the lower front fender of a 1967?  I found the attached but it would be nice to have some other references, i.e. measurement from the upper beltline down to the top of the letters and a measurement from the back side (door side) of the fender.  Any measurements are helpful. 

Also, I believe the stripes should be 1/2" from the letters on both sides.  I have seen 3 recommended measurements from the bottom of the door to the stripe, 1/8" (which I think is correct), 3/8" and 1/2". 

All help much appreciated!

There is another thread on this subject I cannot search right now. Date should be around 2015 or 2016 if I recall.

I see this thread (pasted below), which has great information on the striping and very nice diagrams of the GTA emblem placement, but I don't see anything on the GT emblem placement.  I could easily have missed another thread.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have acquired a few measurements, but looking a couple other references.  If anyone can provide any of the following, it would be most helpful. 
Passenger side:
 - from rear of front fender (by door) to the left hand side of the G
 - from rear of fender to middle of T
 - from fender wheel opening to middle of T
 - from upper belt line to top of T
 - from rocker panel trim to bottom of T
Driver side:
 - from rear of front fender (by door) to the right hand side of the G
 - from rear of fender to middle of T
 - from fender wheel opening to middle of T

I don't have the stripes on yet, but I am laying them out as I know that will help.  Using these guides:
 - lower, thin stripe starts 1/8" up from the door
 - 1/2" gap all the way around the letters. Meaning the middle stripe is 1/2" back from the G and the T.  Also 1/2" from the top and bottom thin stripes

Did you get the correct style stripe kit?  Correct in terms of widths and gaps?  There is a previous post with good details.  I’m not in a position to search for it at the moment

It also has reference to the GTA emblem orientation but unfortunately not the GT emblem :(
