Title: 70 clutch fork return spring[s] at bellhousing
Post by: bgp429 on July 11, 2019, 10:58:22 AM
Couldn't find anything using the search, does anyone have a picture of the external return spring or springs at the fork. Would like to see the arrangement and attaching points on both ends. Late 70 Dearborn Boss 302. Thankyou

Thanks, that is what I needed. The pedal return was very light after re-installation of the under dash spring. Someone had "improved" the original design before I purchased the car.

Jam nuts are wrong in the photo. They should both be on the inside of the swivel pin, otherwise the adjuster rod will bind and bend.
