I think he means as carry-on -- onto an airplane. Some planes have  front closets for things like coats and other odd sized things.

Means if someone is travelling to Frankfurt Airport may be could carry this part and hand it over to me  8)

Yes, I understood clearly and after reviewing my words (though intended as humor) I see they could be taken as a bit salty if interpreting them as "cruelly intended".

My public apologies to Ralf or others if my choice of words came across as offensive, I was just trying to get a chuckle out of the O.P....I am no "linguist", even in the English language, I am usually misunderstood so if translating adds to confusion....oops!  :o  :)

Comming back to the ebay NOS rear valance GT.

This guy does unfortunately not ship to GER.

I'm looking for someone here in the US (especially a reliable person from concours forum) to buy this part for me and than to ship to GER.

but I just varified, it does NOT have the cut outs for the exhaust tips,
