Subject: 1966 6cyl. C4 Inspection Plate finish/color

Anyone know the correct finish/color of the 1966 6cyl. C4 Inspection Plate?!?? Was it Black like '65, or was it Ford Corporate Blue to match the '66 Blue colored engine block?!?

I have always wondered this...!
