Title: 1967 Steering Wheel Breakage

Here is a letter regarding steering wheel breakage.  It does not appear to be an official recall.

There is no corresponding change noted in the MPC, but if there was a bad batch or a design change, in this case they would not want to reinstall the early problematic version.

Believe the letter you posted is likely connect to the campaign letter (#624) A letter from Ford of Canada is in the 67 Library under the Special Service Letters, Service Campaign Documention and Recalls  section way down the page. ;)
