Title: 67 WMO radiator
Post by: acman63 on October 09, 2019, 07:47:27 PM
One of my customers  sent me this radiator to restore and its a head scratcher.   The WMO 567  is reverse stamped as is the Fomoco logo.  This is a 17 inch across radiator.  Normally when I see a WMO radiator it has the much smoother top. this has many more ribs.  This has side straps like a 65/66 San Jose radiator  with no stamped numbers and the lower tank has no fittings and no evidence that its been messed with.   Inlet and outlet are V8 size.   The original GT350s Ive had that were still original rads had 20 inch across radiators.  Anyone have an inkling what I have here.

Looks like you have a basic standard radiator for a manual transmission. Would guess that the side straps are wide to the sides also when compared to what you normally deal with. With out the brazed on tag its going to be difficult to be real specific as to part or engineering number

Here are a couple of examples where the top tank matches what you posted. Unfortunately don't have pictures of the lower section of each handy

Hope this helps in some way
