Does anyone have a original copy of a Ford Car Line Pre-Delivery Service Sheet? Thanks,
Mike

I have a blank one but I seem to recall it being more green than red.
It'll take some digging to find, what is it you want to know?

The one in the photo is mine I made copies of back in the late 80s and have some left here if needed.

Ok Ed, I misremembered re color because I bought one from you some years ago, I haven't forgotten that ;D

Figured that was where you were going with the initial post. Don't believe I got one filled out :( Not something that would normally be given to a first purchaser and more likely simply thrown away at some point by the dealer.
Good luck with the hunt

In the time frame (early 1970-late 1972) that I worked at a Lincoln/Mercury dealer if we filled them out it was by hand. We didn't normally fill them out and I don't know if the folks in the office did or not. I don't think they had to document pre-delivery inspection to get paid by Ford.

If u look at white boxes on lh side u will see some signs of the check marks that I erased before making copies back 30 years ago. It was filled out in lead from pencil. I have 70 also and most years some nos never filled out that I found in old ford dealerships back in 80s. I also found some in paperwork that came with some cars. Shelbys had their own version.
