I am looking for this Bracket for the A/C set up on a 390/428. Thanks for any help!

That is an incomplete idler pulley.
There are two different versions. 1968-69 with small bearing pulley and 1970+ version with a large bearing pulley. I believe that the 1970 versions are stamped with a casting number D0...

Actually I figured out I have put it all together.  In the manual drawing I was studying to put this together, it shows that Idler bracket with out the pulley and I was assuming it was another bracket, but once Krelboyne pointed it out, I realized I already have it with the pulley.  So there ya have it. Thanks again for the help!
