Title: Original tie rods?
Post by: evantugby on March 30, 2020, 08:29:49 PM
Two questions:  1). Can someone identify if these are original tie rods on my 1966 gt k code?  It’s a manual steering kar.

2). Is this the passenger side or driver side?

Appears to be an original.

Don't recall there being drivers and passenger differences only inner and outer

Checked the MPC and it list the same inner and outers for manual steering cars both drivers and passenger side

Jeff,
I think it was you that posted this picture in 2018 if I’m not mistaken.  It shows there is both an inner and outer for the left hand and right hand.  What does that mean?

The chart you posted for manual indicates inner right and left are the same and outer right and left are the same.
