Title: 68 fastback rear window defogger research

I did a little bit of research on the rare 1968 Mustang fastback (2+2) rear window defogger.  Refer to the attached document.

I was unable to identify the part number for the interior grille that is located above the trap door.  If you can help out with this please do so.

Note that I don't have the 1968 Osborn interior assembly manuals.  If there is additional information from this source please advise.

And of course, if any of the information that I included in the document is unclear or incorrect, let me know that and I'll update accordingly.

Some what a quick scan of the file you attached and had on intital comment

You wrote

These carry a 1968 part number, so it was not a carry over from 1967. There is not a unique part listed for a defogger equipped vehicle."

But the MPC page shows C7ZZ part numbers. Did I miss something


REALLY nice set of pictures. Have not had the opportunity to get many pictures of this option in or uninstalled

Thanks for the feedback Jeff.  That last item was added in a hurry, and it showed.  I revised and updated the attachment.  John
