got my hands on some how do the go on the fender
I use a little liquid soap or WD40 on the bottom of the bumpers and that will help slide them in. It takes a little practice and can be a pain. A plastic flat pry tool also can help squeeze it down in there too, just takes some time you will get it.

Fender to cowl?? hmmm,,I'm trying to figure out where your talking about. Do you mean fender to hood bumpers? i have a concours restored 69 Mach 1 and trying to figure out where you are at with the bumpers. Are you talking about the round ones attached to the cowl with the small hex screw that goes thru it?....pics would help with this.

i doubt it. i had sprayed two coats of primer with the fenders on the car.

Nope ;) Applied after the fender as painted
