S7 = Cad plating

So the hold down and the bolt are Cad Plated? A replacement from NPD shows a cad plated bolt but the Hold down appears to be a natural steel. Somehow my originals disappeared during two moves. I would post pictures but I can’t get the pictures to down load.

Hold down is bare cast and bolt is plated.

A must have book is AMK's guide to Ford fasteners". Has just about everything you need to know. I pretty much have memorized the codes over the years. I got one of the first books when Max started making them decades ago. Gary
