Title: Teach old dogs new tricks - C4ZE Radiator
Post by: Dave Stribling on January 19, 2011, 06:26:56 PM
So I'm getting ready to refurb a C4ZE-M1 radiator and I found this:

I am assuming the 4LB is the date code.  Then I found this brass tag brazed on the back side of the radiator.

The 4LB matches the date code on the side panel.  I assumed at first it was a rebuild tag from a prevoius rework, but it matches the date code.  Anyone ever seen one before?  I've never seen one.  I've seen the solder on tages on top but not this. Doesn't look like it would take much for this tag to fall off. Edumacate me please!

Dave
