Can any one give me a tip or two as to how the back bench seat back rest comes loose. I am too big to crawl into trunk to get at bolts. I am attempting to detail area trunk behind seat. Thank you, Keith

Been a while since I had mine out but if memory still serves me you fold front seat forward and push down and towards the rear on lower seat on both sides and remove rear seat and there are two fastners easily spotted to remove backrest.

I think, if I remember correctly, for the backrest, there are two screws that hold the fabric down at the bottom. You can see them once the bottom seat is removed. Then the backrest slides up off the two hooks located at the upper outer edges.

It sounds as though I need to get the bottom seat moved out of the way and then it will expose some fastener bolts for the back rest. They must be in two sections. Thanks for the help guys.

Yes, the bottom comes out 1st. For the bottom, in each of the sitting positions, grab the front edge, push toward the back of the car, once it moves back an inch or so, the front edge will lift up. Repeat again for the 2nd seating position, and the seat will come forward and will lift out.

Thanks for the tips. I will attempt it again after I chill for a while.
