I have find this sticker on ford product sold new in canada
from 1964 to 1986 approx.
anyone have this sticker in the door

Haven't seen any on 64-73 Mustangs only on later built cars but just my experience

Since this appears that it might not be a Ford thing but maybe a union or government promotion you might want to chase it down through those paths
