Title: 1970 NJ Service Recommendation Decal / Location for Oct 69 Build

 According to Dead Nuts On there are two different decals (early and late).  I am trying to figure out which one is correct for my build date.  DNO believes early was Aug - Sept.  My car was built on 10/7/69, so very close.  Also where should it be placed? There is one picture at DNO of a boss built at Metuchen with the decal located above to the left of the washer reservoir.   Does anyone have a Metuchen built car built around my date that  could verify which decal and the location placement?   Any info is appreciated.  Alan

Sorry difficult to make out in some cases or see the finer details but location is consistent based on the production period you identified.

Likely another dozen examples were the pictures were cut off so that you could not see the front inner fender panel but no sticker visible on the shock tower. Of course you can findyour fair share of them mounted there on "restored" cars

Closes to your car  - 0T1127xx built 10/8/69. Very poor picture but attached to the forward section of the inner fender panel

Jeff; Wow, this is great.  Its is clear that the decal should be located on the drivers side near the washer reservoir.  It appears the early decal was used on a car 1 day after my build date.   Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback.  Alan
