Simply put - no. Used is you best choice. But you can make one from a 8/32 X 3/4 Pan head screw and a number 4 or 5 flat washer.
Here are some of the "pitfalls" of a home made type:
Make sure the screw and washer are plated shiny zinc, aka correctly.
Pozi Drive screws are sometime hard to find in the size you need. They are similar to Philips drive. Use a Philips drive.
Number 4 or 5 flat washers are 5/16 inch outside diameter, which is what you need. You will have to drill out the center to about 0.160 inch to clear the number 8 screw. Optional, tap the center to 8-32. Slightly stamp the washer about 0.025-0.035 to "mimic" the curvature of the original disc washer. Slide or thread the washer, curve side away from the head.
Use.

Jim, thanks for the feedback.   I can work it out the way you describe.  On Ebay there are NOS Harley Davidson 8-32 x 3/4 Pozi screws, not sure if they are SS or Zinc.

The two that I have are damaged from a Philips head screwdriver.  I will improvise, thanks for the offer.  Alan
