Title: 66 Hertz Inspection Plate

What is the correct finish for the c4 inspection plate on a 66 Hertz? Rules stated black but I?ve also heard zinc.

Same as 66 Mustangs

Semi-gloss black is the final visible finish against the engine colored engine plate faded at or near the starter attachment location

Never hear the zinc story for the inspection plate.
