Title: Throttle Solenoid for Autolite 4300 D00F-AD

Looking for a correct idle solenoid.  Application is for an Autolite 4300 D00F-AD.  351C AC, Auto car.  I have seem something at deadnutson.com but pricey.  Thanks.

I may have partial answered my own question.  In looking at my service manual it shows part 9d856 for the solenoid on the carter RSB 1-V carb.  No other numbers for any other carbs for the solenoid.  Now goggling that part I come up with c8az-9d856, d0oz-9d856, and d2az-9d856 as some crosses.  So I now can find a few solenoids on ebay that appear as matches.  Mostly for Boss 302's, 429's, and 428's per the listings.

Does anyone know if Ford used the same solenoid for all applications (carbs) for this year?  My guess may be yes.  Any importance to blue wire vs red?  What would be correct for a 351C - 4V car?

Believe I posted pictures of one a while back in a thread but it seems you know what your looking for.  Their shared with a number of other applications which will add to the difficulty finding and their value
