I see in the library that the paint on the inner door panel wrinkle metal area was Ditzler DL9295. Does any one recommend an over the counter spray can brand and color as I don't need to go to the paint store for such a small amount. Thanks

Sorry, this is the black finish paint

Since this is being posted in the '67 section, the black interiors were actually metallic black(dark gray). NPD sells matched paint in spray cans.

As there is many discussions on the subject as a reminder, you will want to strip the surface down to metal using a method that does not diminish the metal texture. If you choose apply a very thin primer coat of primer then a nice thinnish coat of semigloss black then over coat that with one or two light dry coats of the Dark Charcoal Metallic
If you apply too much Charcoal it will end up glossier than you want. If you apply too many coats or too thick it will fill in the surface grain and you'll have smooth surfaces - not what you want
Also since your redoing the paint DONT follow the weather strip at the bottom of the door and there is a small detail at the top rear in the pattern.
Since you have a San Jose car you may find this thread helpful
