Title: Gas Tank/Trunk Floor question

Hi all

Any idea what these are. located at the tank.
My stang is california so hoping this may have nothing to do with it as i thought mine was complete lol(http://[img][img][img])[/img][/img][/img]

Those appear to be two studs or bolts installed from the trunk side through the forward trunk floor. Most likely they were used to attach a bolt on trailer a light duty trailer hitch or "bumper hitch" at some time in the past. Those two held the forward arm or support section of the hitch.
