Title: C9OA-5484-B sway bar insulator

Has anybody ever seen a sway bar insulator with engineering number C9OA-5484-B? I haven't been able to find any reference to it. The insulator is on a rear sway bar I recently picked up that appears to be from a 1971 Mustang Boss 351/429CJ--5/8" with a white paint daub.
