Title: HELP ID these rare FE valve covers!

I purchased a collection form a Ford collector who passed away and he had a lot of rare stuff but I've never seen a set of chrome FE valve covers that have the "POWER by FORD" phrase stamped in this way.
Normally it is on two lines but this has it like the Boss 302 chrome valve cover and 351 Cleveland does it this way also.
Anyone seen this before or have any more info on these?

I have a small block pair, with Ford Corp Blue background within the square. I asked about them before and Jeff mentioned they were an 80's era aftermarket set. These look much the same.
