Hey has anyone seen or have a 69 Mach with red paint with red interior? I want to order seats through TMI and my seats seem more like a maroon metallic. Any information would be great!

There is only one code for a 1969 Mach1 with red interior- 3D. I have a raven black 1969 Mach1 with the 3D red interior. My interior is more of a dark red/maroon color. The red interior color in 1969 was pretty much a match to the 1968 red color interior but in 1968 Ford called it dark red interior. In 1970 the red was much brighter and was called vermillion.

The vinyl used originally often had, I guess, could be called a "metallic" or "metal" look to the color/finish. The red was not a true fire engine red or something like that strong deep color. Some might describe the color as having a slightly purplish look to it in some conditions.
Of course the true colors are often not represented in pictures but going to post a few in hopes that others can get a general idea of the factory look from unrestored examples For the first three examples I stayed with 69 San Jose as your car is.
Early example

9R13000's This one if of course much different in that the surfaces have not been cleaned so the "true" colors are off but we can still get a general look and compare the painted to the padded as well as vinyl finishes

And a couple from Dearborn In this one the difference between natural light and flash/additional lighting really stands out

Great pictures Jeff! I can't get over how some of the parts are red or black. There is no consistency. My seat belts were red. It seemed like they just flipped a coin between black or dark red.

I seem to recall there was a Deluxe belt option that would have been color keyed to the interior color?

Yes believe you are correct. Another way Ford made some additional dollars on the sale

And perhaps chrome accents on the buckles as well? The red interior on my convertible came equipped with black belts, FWIW.

Would the deluxe seat belt option been listed anywhere on a Marti report?

Well, you made me get up out of my chair and actually look this up. My old book "Mustang Recognition Guide" says Deluxe belts were an option AND included the seat belt warning light in the gauge panel.
So I think it would show on a Marti Report as an option and, as a further clue, you should have the warning light.

Yes, I do believe I have the seat belt warning light in the lower dash.
