Hello all, this question is in reference to a 6/1/70 build-date Dearborn B2 with standard interior, no tach. I have found the remains of two tags on the main under dash wiring harness: one is a short, un-marked, faded white or possibly tan. Don't know the location as it fell off before I could see where it was. The second is the larger tag, purple-ish or dark pink (photo attached) found near the end of the heater box connector. It's marked "SX" for sure (possibly with an "F" following) with "D0ZB-14401 - CH". Looking through the ECS tag catalog, I see no tags with this "CH" suffix for any 70 Mustang under dash wiring harness (ECS calls for "BB" suffix):

Also, just noticed another difference between the tag I found and the ECS tag shown in the NPD link above: there is a forward slash between the S and the X on the ECS tag that's not on my tag.
Has anyone else seen a tag like mine (midlife, coralsnake)? Steve H.

The white somewhat plain one is likely the assemblers ID label showing who (subcontractor likely) made the loom.
The other identification label with the SX is very different. SX is not on all wire loom labels and sometimes it has the dash (S-X) sometimes not (SX) and sometimes it even has additional letters as in the examples I found with S-X-F or SXK. May just depend on the year, loom and or the supplier of the labels
Have pictures of a few hundred. Sorry I don't think I have a picture though of that label on a 70 in that location
ESC do reproduce six different labels just not the same one your came with apparently. You might be able to reapply yours after you fix the wire wrap
