Title: Center heating/AC vent refurbishment?

Any suggestions on how to refurbish the "silver" or "chromed accents on the center dash vents for a 1970? Mine are original and in pretty good shape but some of the silver color is worn away.

Vacuum ornamental.  Google it.  The guy is awesome to chat with.

N2stitch,

I mistyped.  Try vacuum orna-metal.  They are in Romulus Michigan I think.  Anyway, if you call and talk to the guy, he will know exactly what you need.  I called him before on the ac pieces.  Just have not sent them off yet.

The Molotow pens work pretty good.

I've used Testor's silver paint pens when in a hurry or if its not the "chrome" finish but just a bright silver needed.
