Title: Exhaust Manifold Bolts Big Block

I purchased a Exhaust Manifold bolt kit amk F-539 for a big block 1967 Shelby/Mustang. I am just double checking the kit comes with a locking washer installed on the bolt and a Flat washer. I am close to installing the engine and want to make sure that using both washers is correct. I don't want to have to pull the engine later to add or delete the flat washer. Thank You Rick
