Title: 1966 Headlight Retaining Ring

Doing some work on my 66 GT350, late March SJ scheduled build. I was surprised to see the retaining ring mounting points do not have screw hole slots so you can remove them without having to remove the screws, I thought all 65-66 originals have the slots, these have been on the car at least since 1987 when I bought it.

Are these aftermarket or could they be OE?

That's a service replacement piece.  Are the headlight assemblies original?

Thanks Charles. Yes, everything else looks to be original. Will order a set of the nice repops from VCM...
