Does a 1970 Mustang 250 1V come originally with front fender spash shields?

Are referring to the plastic shields on both sides of the car, inside the front wheel wells at the front and rear?   If so yes

The splash shield sealed and protected as designed no matter what engine or model

You can often, on an unrestored car, see the edge produced by each on the back side of the fender

Yes, those are what I meant.
They weren't mounted on mine, I saw them looking at your forum, but I didn't know if they were mounted on all '70s.
