Hello, I may have what you are looking for, are you able to provide a Ford Part number?

Thank you for responding to my request.

The original Ford part number was E6PZ-12259-H (Motorcraft WR-4011-B).

I would assume that the service replacements did not have the date code as they only would have been on assembly line parts.
