You want 375678-S. Almost every Mustang part I have is inventoried by Ford part number. Sorry, I don't have this one.

Tough to find. I got lucky and found one on ebay a few years back. You may also want to try the https://www.vintage-mustang.com (https://www.vintage-mustang.com) forum. Many of those folks change out original parts and may have one they'd be willing to part with. Good luck.

Maybe try All Classic Motors. They have a part that may be what you're looking for listed (without a photo) on their 1965 parts list
