Outer (green arrow) ring?

A chrome paint will likely work ok though originally I believe it was a vacuum coated foil like finish. Mylar tape or sheets could be used to replicate but is not a fun job given the round shape and the sheets or film you can purchase that I'm aware of

I had my outer trim rings vacuum plated 20 years ago and they still look new.  I used a company in BC CA, but I don't think they are in business any longer.

I had mine done at Vacuum Orna-metal about 4 years ago. They did a great job.

+1 on Vacuum Orna-Metal.
Close to the same price as a new repop, so why bother?
