Title: Brake cylinder bolts

Are we seeing phosphate or cad plated bolts on the rear wheel cylinders of 67 Shelbys?

I do see RBW as the common maker mark.

I just dipped the originals in muriatic acid which will fizzle if they were zinc or cad.

No fizzle.

On 67 and up my pictures often show (when they are not dirty and visible) that the finish after years is often rusty like the wheel cylinder and unlike the plated (zinc and cad plated) parts on the same car and close to the wheel cylinder. So some exposure to the elements and such

Never seen bolts anything but phosphate any year or plant
