Title: Help Identify Differntial

I am ordering a rebuild kit and want to make sure I have the correct kit. Looking through the library docs, I'm not positive which model I have since mine doesn't have the bump stop on top of the carrier.

My tag indicates WCZ-E is a 2.8 ratio 7 3/4" ring gear dia. Non-locking 28 axle shaft spline

Looking at the rebuild kit options, I'm assuming I go with a 8" kit? The kit I was looking at mentioned a 25 pinion spline count which made me unsure.

Any reassurance you could provide would be me helpful as I'm wading into unknown waters. Is the library doc I've attached correct?

Thanks, John. That is the site I used to identify my model. The 7 3/4" threw me for a loop. Is that considered an 8" diff? I don't see any kits for a 7 3/4".
