Title: Glass documents
Post by: Daven on April 19, 2023, 02:13:50 PM
Hello All,

I'm looking for the article that was written by Marcus Anghel about glass windows and coding.  I searched and it tells me it no longer exits.  Help?  Marcus do you know?  I'm getting ready to order my glass from ECS and I need to fill in the missing blanks.  Thank you.

Thanks Bobby...thats the one.
I changed the hosting company for my website a few years ago and that changed all the links....but the good news is they are all still on my website.

Thanks Bobby and thanks Marcus for writing such a great informative article!  Marcus or anyone have you ever seen an etching on a windshield with an Mcode of M07?  We can't read it properly but it sure looks like an 07.  Just any thoughts out there before I order my glass.

I have not seen an M code of 07 myself....but the best people to ask is Charlie at ECS if he has ever seen or had such a request.  He has been gathering this information for a long time.

Okay thanks!  I have been going back and forth on emails with Charlie at ECS.

I talked with Charlie of ECS glass and he has seen on a front windshield with an M code of 07.  He said it was just another way of stating a front tinted windshield.  Thank you all for the input!
