Title: 1967 Mustang C4 neutral safety switch C4AZ 7A247 C - 2 Plug Style

My Nov 16 SJ Coupe neutral safety switch (2 connector style) has a blue and a red connector at the end of the harness.  The blue connector is on the red wires and the red is on the black wires.   I am 90% sure is original to the car.    I have seen replacements that have black and red connectors. 
Has anybody seen this on their cars?

Yes my 67 barn find convertible project is that way.

We have visited this topic before without any definitive answer to what car got one of at least 4-variations of plugs and adapters or harness design. More unrestored example could help in drawing up a closer knowledge of what to consider as "normal found".
